Returns & Exchanges


The T&C's highlited below apply to all items currently on sale and any orders placed durning the 30%-70% off store wide promotional period.





We understand that buying online has it's challenges, so we are happy to offer a store credit or an exchange on any full prices item that isn’t suitable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items, unless it's a size exchange of the same style.


You must lodge your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any item/s being returned must be in original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed, no marks or damages, and with original tags attached.

As we carry brands that are stocked at other retail outlets, you must have your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you require a different size we will happily exchange your item for a preferred size, however we do not hold items while waiting for a return so we recommend sending your item/s back asap. If your preferred size is sold out you may exchange for a different item (as long as original purchase is not a sale item) of the same value, alternatively we will provide you with a store credit equal to the original purchased amount.

Store credits are valid for 6 months.

You must return items within 14 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Store credits can not be used on workshops or consignment brands, unless the store credit was issued from a return on a consignment brand item.

Brands that are stocked under consignment terms can only be exchanged for items from the same brand. Consignment brands include -

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear.

Beauty products must be unopen and unused to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

To return an item follow the simple steps below.

If you have an item that qualifies for a return, please lodge you return request within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at using the heading 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE'. Please let us know your order number and item you wish to return, and we will be in touch with in 48hrs. 

If your item qualitfies for a reutrn or exchange we will email you with a Return Authorisation number (RA#) and an address to return your item to.  

Once you have received an RA# you have 14 days to return your item. Any items received that are not post marked within 14 day of RA# receipt, will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

You must not return items to us until you have received a RA#. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

When returning your item/s you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. 

Once your return has been approved and returned to us, we will process it through out returns department to unsure your item/s are unworn, unused and have oringanal tags etc.

If your returned item/s meet our returns standard and is approved, we will contact you via email to issue your store credit or exchange.


Your exchange will be sent back to you via standard shipping. Standard shipping time frames apply to your location.

If you require your item/s urgently we can arrange for your exchange to be shipping via express post at your own cost.




We only offer refunds on faulty items i.e. manufacturing fault. To qualify for a refund you must notify us immediately and return your item within 7 days of purchase and you must have your receipt.​



Our general refund and exchange policy applies, however we are happy to extend the time frame in which a Christmas present can be returned.

Any items purchased between 15th November - 24th December qualify for this extended returns time frame.

Refunds (applicable to manufacturing faults only) – one week after Christmas day

Exchanges or store credits – two weeks after Christmas day.
